The Indiana State Conference to End Sexual Violence is being sponsored by the Indiana Department of Correction Comprehensive Approaches to Sex Offender Management (CASOM), the Indiana Coalition Against Sexual Assault (INCASA) and the Midwest Network for Intervention With Sex Offenders (MRNISO). The program has been extended to three days and offers Continuing Education Credits.
As your meeting dates are rapidly approaching, this letter will help provide you with the information you need to finalize your personal travel plans. You must register by March 1, 2013 to insure you have the option to obtain the scholarship for hotel rooms, which are based upon availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

The guest rooms at the historic Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Downtown Union Station have an array of special features to make your stay a comfortable one. Wireless internet is provided throughout the hotel on a complimentary basis.
For attendees residing more than 50 miles from the hotel, you will be offered complimentary guest room accommodations for one night as a single or two nights as a double. If you do not have a roommate, we will assign one for you upon request. You may request additional room nights on the registration form at your own expense. The nightly hotel room rate is $91.00. PERSONAL EXPENSES
Items of a personal nature are not included. Some of the personal expenses are parking, telephone calls, valet services, extra meals and beverages. A credit or debit card will be required upon check-in to cover incidental expenses. The consumption of any item from the mini-bar in your room is a personal expense and will be charged to your incidental account. Any gratuities that are connected with these services should also be considered as a personal expense. US currency, traveler’s checks and major credit cards are all accepted for payment at the hotel.
